P&D Last MileInsight by Team Optix
Software for FedEx pickup and delivery contractors. One subscription for hiring, schedules, route data, dispatch, drivers’ hours, payroll inputs and fleet, built inside a working pickup and delivery operation.
Built for the contractor who runs the routes
A pickup and delivery operation runs on routes, drivers and hours, and most run the day across spreadsheets, a time clock, group texts, a payroll export and a separate tool for each job, each asking for the same data in its own way. P&D Last Mile keeps that work in one place and one subscription, with one record of each person, route, vehicle and hour.
Beacon Point Ventures runs its pickup and delivery operation on P&D Last Mile.
One flat weekly price for your route range, from $59 a week. See pricing
Where the day gets easier
- Payroll you can trace
- Every payroll number points back to the hours and records behind it, not to a spreadsheet nobody can check.
- Morning dispatch
- Who is available, what changed and where the day is at risk, before trucks leave the building.
- Onboarding and roster
- People move from candidate to active driver without their details being rebuilt in another tool.
- Time keeping
- Hours, attendance and payroll stay connected, so nobody rebuilds the truth at the end of the week.
- Ready for tomorrow
- Tomorrow’s coverage is visible before today is finished.
- Leaders on one picture
- Leaders see the same work at the same time, instead of separate notebooks, spreadsheets and text threads.
